Murdock Village Development Redevelopment is for a new Village plan for commercial and residential properties on a 870 acre project planned to be built near the intersection of US 41 and CR 776 just west of Toledo Blade Boulevard.

  Murdock Village was supposed to be a big, wonderful city built in Charlotte County, but developers walked out on the project.
